Best Pizza in Henderson

I have loved pony express ever since I was a kid. Unfortunately, over time it just kind of … fell off a bit. But I just went back since the new owners and I’m SUPER impressed! The menu had new items and the staff was awesome and even helped me get the best things for my money, AND it was super fast with quality still intact! Pony Express is by far the best pizza joint in town! Cooked to perfection, you can clearly tell that they use the absolute best and most fresh ingredients. Service was very quick and timely. Also, Annie, Angie, and their staff are so friendly and generous! Most definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already!

I’m happy to see that the new owners have completely revived this once struggling business and restored it to its former glory. The food is fire and the service is top notch! The hot ham and cheese is a slept-on local delicacy. 🤤

In the world of 'Pizza', Pony Express offers something unique and very American. I haven't eaten here long, so, I cannot speak on consistency or anything like that. But I can tell when a place has crafted something of their own. I can recommend the All Cheese. Really reminded me of this awesome pizza you can only get at the county fair. The crust, the cheese blend. Get the garlic dipping sauce for your crusts and you're all set.

My family and I absolutely love Pony Express; it's our favorite pizza restaurant! It's been open in Henderson for close to 40 years and with good reason. The food is delicious and the buy one get one free deal is unbeatable. To me, their pizza is what pizza should taste like. Love those breadsticks, too! Last time I went, I ordered in person and the pizzas were ready quickly and I got exactly what I ordered for a great price. Definitely check out Pony Express Pizza, they're the best!
